Stokehouse South Bank

Stokehouse is off to a good start in the ratings just because it is open Sunday evening, unlike almost every other restaurant in Brisbane. Despite it being Sunday, Stokehouse was busy, but this didn't diminish the quality of the food or the service. We both had entrees and mains and all four dishes were excellent. The wine list is extensive, although the first wine we ordered wasn't available from the year that was listed. The wine service was very professional and better than most restaurants. The view looking across the river to Brisbane at night is beautiful and can be appreciated more by walking back to the city along South Bank. Stokehouse must be one of Brisbane's very best.
